Anti-troponin I IgM antibodies were significantly higher in NC/HT patients (1.92±0.43 μg/ml for NCNE group and 1.79±0.36 μg/ml for NCLE group) compared to healthy volunteers (0.80±0.23 μg/ml for controls, p<0.001). The gene discussed is CD40LG; the disease is nevus comedonicus syndrome.
