In patients with grade 1–2 ovarian cancer, the cases with STIP1>169 (n = 62) had a worse 5-year survival rate of 73.8% than 85.3% in those with STIP1≤169 (n = 48), although the difference did not reach a statistical significance yet (P = 0.197). This evidence concerns the gene STIP1 and ovarian cancer.
