TNFSF10 and heart failure: A concentration of TRAIL of 44.6 ng/mL was identified as the optimal cut-off to predict the combination of death and heart failure within 6 month follow-up, providing a sensitivity of 90.5 (95% CI 69.6–98.8), a specificity of 67.1% (95% CI 60.6–73.2), a negative predictive value of 98.7% (95% CI 95.4–99.8), and a positive predictive value of 20.4% (95% CI 12.8–30.1%).
