GJA1 and dentin dysplasia: Based on the above considerations, the present study was aimed at performing immunohistochemical studies on the distribution and quantitative expression of Cx isoforms, Cx43 phosphorylated at serine 368 (pS368-Cx43), PKC phosphorylated substrates, and RhoA signaling in the neuromuscular compartment of colonic samples from DD patients, by comparison with normal specimens.
