To determine whether SATB1-derived peptide-specific T cells were able to recognize and kill HLA-A*02+, SATB1-expressing cancer cells, we used an HLA-A*02− SATB1 mRNA positive prostate cancer cell line PC3 (as a negative control) and five HLA-A*02+ SATB1 mRNA positive cancer cell lines. This evidence concerns the gene SATB1 and prostate carcinoma.
