Enhanced immunoreactivity of all analysed proteins was found to be associated with the presence of lymph node metastases (ezrin, P = 0.047, moesin, P = 0.038, RhoA, P = 0.024, RhoB, P = 0.004 and Cdc42, P = 0.047). This evidence concerns the gene CDC42 and metastatic malignant neoplasm in the lymph nodes.
