PTH and Hypercalciuria: Biochemical abnormalities were found in five patients: one displayed transient hypercalciuria, two had increased levels of urinary N-telopeptide, one was 25 (OH) vitamin D deficient (defined by a 25 (OH) vitamin D level of 22 ng/mL) and one had a moderate but transient increase in PTH (120 pg/mL).
