IL7 and infection: On average, IL-7 25 ng/mL increased the number of HIV-1-infected CD4+ (CD8− p24gag+) T cells in HIV-1LAI.04- and HIV-1BaL-infected lymphoid tissues 4.1±0.4 fold and 7.7±1.8 fold, respectively, on day 9 post infection (n = 8 and 6, p<0.001) (Figure 2B).
