KP and ANP caused maximal reductions of the sFRP-3 level in the human colorectal cancer cells of 83% and 84% respectively, both at a concentration of 100 nM (P<0.0001), while LANP caused a maximal decrease of 83% (P<0.0001) at a concentration of 10 μM (Fig. 1).
