Western blot analysis revealed significantly higher levels of Rap1A in the invasive breast cancer Hs578T and MDA-MB-231, compared to the non-invasive MCF-7 cells or the non-tumorigenic MCF-10A cells (Figure 2A, *, p<0.05), thus revealing that Rap1A expression is dysregulated in the aggressive breast cancer cells. This evidence concerns the gene RAP1A and invasive breast carcinoma.
