Intriguing is the finding, as mentioned, that CD74, CXCR4 and VIM human genes are common to both the glioblastoma and these two lymphoma transplants, while the others transcribed in each neoplastic type are associated with their particular organ-specific phenotype (PLAGL2, GFAP, and EGFR in glioblastoma and CD19, CD20, and CD79b in the two Hodgkin lymphomas). This evidence concerns the gene GFAP and Hodgkins lymphoma.
