Taken together, these results suggest that the Ang-2 selective Ang-2 antibody LC06 represents an effective anti-angiogenic therapeutic drug candidate and, due to its possible role in inhibiting angiogenic escape together with a favorable side effect profile may also serve as promising combination partner to complement existing anti-angiogenic therapy regimens for treating patients with solid and hematological malignancies.
