Proteins known to be associated with prostate cancer (e.g. AMACR [43], AGR2 [44], CRISP3 [45], HPN [46], HOXC6 [47], OR51E2 [48]) as well as proteins not associated with prostate cancer thus far (examples PPM1H, SLC4A4, CAMKK2) were identified in the meta-analysis. This evidence concerns the gene CRISP3 and prostate cancer.
