Finally, we performed multivariate analyses of survival using Cox’s model of the proportional hazards regression including immunohistochemical parameters (combined Ki67-p53 status, FOXA1, GATA3, basal phenotype marker and P-cadherin) and the established clinicopathological factors (tumor size, lymph-node metastasis, nuclear grade and chemotherapy). Here, MKI67 is linked to metastatic malignant neoplasm in the lymph nodes.
