Western blotting analysis revealed that the phosphorylated pRb (p-pRb) and proliferative marker PCNA were also decreased in the miR-195-transfected cells and increased in the miR-195-inhibited cells, further demonstrating that miR-195 plays an important role in the proliferation of glioma cells (Figure 4B).
