Data revealed that breast cancer subjects had significantly higher systolic blood pressure (p = 0.03), glucose (p = 0.01), triglycerides (p = 0.001), leptin (p = 0.044), resistin (p = 0.04), Ang II (p = 0.02), TNF-α (p = 0.045), and CRP (p = 0.04) than controls. Here, LEP is linked to breast carcinoma.
