Several were from analyses of hematolymphoid cells, including: genes down-regulated in monocytes isolated from peripheral blood samples of patients with mycosis fungoides compared to those from normal healthy donors, genes associated with the IL-2 receptor beta chain in T cell activation, and genes down-regulated in B2264-19/3 cells (primary B lymphocytes) within 60–180 min after activation of LMP1 (an oncogene encoded by Epstein Barr virus). This evidence concerns the gene PDLIM7 and mycosis fungoides.
