Immuno-blot data confirmed the cellular localisation of p68 and β-Catenin was not influenced by hormone (we found p68 and β-Catenin in the nucleus of PCa cells in both the presence and absence of androgens), and PSA luciferase reporter data showed co-transfection of p68 and β-Catenin constructs had an additive effect on the transcriptional activity of AR in the presence of androgens. Here, DDX5 is linked to posterior cortical atrophy.
