Our previous study [11] indicates approximate 60% breast invasive ductal carcinomas exhibit ARID1A expression loss; this is in line with other report [12] and is associated with more aggressive phenotypes of breast cancer [12], alcohol intake of hepatocellular carcinoma [15] and chemoresistance of ovarian clear cell carcinoma [16]. Here, ARID1A is linked to invasive ductal breast carcinoma.
