While Xu and colleagues [39] show that in human hepatocellular carcinoma cells, miR-195 targets Cyclin D1, CDK6, and E2F3 to suppress cell proliferation, we found that the overexpression of miR-195 promoted aNSC proliferation in vitro and had no effect on Cyclin D1 expression in aNSCs (Table S1 in File S1). This evidence concerns the gene CCND1 and hepatocellular carcinoma.
