The resultant AUC values were 0.96 for HE4 (95% CI 0.90-1.0) and 0.82 for CA125 (95% CI 0.70-0.94) (p < 0.01), which would make them feasible for use as tumor markers, have also investigated the usefulness of HE4 in to differentiate ovarian cancers from healthy and benign gynecologic conditions.
