FOXA1 (Fig. 4B) and GATA3 (Fig. 4C), two genes recently proposed to be related to Luminal-type breast cancer [5–7], also showed no significant difference in mRNA expression regardless of the level of ERE transcriptional activity (FOXA1, P = 0.786; GATA3, P = 0.689). This evidence concerns the gene FOXA1 and breast carcinoma.
