FOXP3 and inflammatory breast carcinoma: Collectively Figures 2 and 3 indicate that FOXP3 is a relevant immunological target in IBC, as indicated by the lysis of SUM149 cells and these results indicate the difference in lytic sensitivity in the SUM149 and the lapatinib-resistant rSUM149 IBC cells is not related to MHC class I expression in these cells or to the lack of MHC class I antigen processing machinery.
