CSF3 and neutropenia: In the multivariate analysis, after adjusting for possible confounding factors, daily G-CSF was associated with a significantly higher risk of severe neutropenia vs. pegfilgrastim [odds ratio (OR): 1.73, 95% confidence interval (CI): 1.004–2.97, i.e. patients who received a daily G-CSF had a 73% higher probability of G3-4N] (Table 4).
