AQP5 and liver dysplastic nodule: Therefore, our data strongly suggest an inverse correlation between the two parameters in DN patients, that MCDs express high H3m2K79 without detectable AQP5 labeling, and that the undetectable H3m2K79 is not due to a general defect in protein synthesis and/or stability since robust Aqp5 expression can occur in the same cells in the patients with DN.
