The DFS rates at 5 years were 82.3% and 26.5% for breast cancer patients with positive and negative hormonal receptors, respectively (P < 0.0001, HR 21.48, 95% C.I.: 6.34–72.72), whereas the OAS rates were 84% and 35.7%, respectively (P = 0.0001, HR 11.59, 95% C.I.: 3.32–40.47). This evidence concerns the gene NR4A1 and breast cancer.
