Furthermore, co-expression of EGFR with HER2 was similar in male (2.3%) and female (3.0%) breast cancer (p = 0.665), while co-expression rates for MET with EGFR and MET with FGFR2 were higher in female than in male breast cancer (4.5% vs. 0.0%, p = 0.013) and (5.6% vs. 0.8%, p = 0.019), respectively. Here, EGFR is linked to breast cancer.
