Significantly higher concentrations of IL-10 (P = .0004; Figure 2) were detected in the serum of tuberculosis-IRIS patients (median, 875.6 pg/mL [interquartile range {IQR}, 64.5–9982 pg/mL]), compared with non-IRIS patients (median, 137.2 pg/mL [IQR, 24.3–1346 pg/mL]). This evidence concerns the gene IL10 and tuberculosis.
