Our data demonstrated that DVL3 but neither DVL1 nor DVL2 was significantly up-regulated in a panel of cervical cancer cell lines (Hela, SiHa, CaSki, C33A and C41) when compared with immortalized cervix cell lines (NC104 and NC 105) (Figure 1A), suggesting that DVL3 is dominantly upregulated in cervical cancer cells. The gene discussed is DVL3; the disease is cervical carcinoma.
