Interestingly, quadrant IV (Axis1Axis2), which is not annotated by haematopoietic cells but correlated with AML and T-ALL, includes RUNX1, ERG, and MYB, which have well-established roles in AML and early haematopoietic differentiation including myeloid and T-lymphocyte lineages [40]–[43] (Fig. 1b). This evidence concerns the gene MYB and acute lymphoblastic leukemia.
