To determine whether EZH2 expression contributes to disease progression in patients with NSCLC, we measured EZH2 expression levels in 94 NSCLC tumor tissues and the matching adjacent nonmalignant lung tissues by Taqman quantitative real-time PCR, we then analyzed the correlation of EZH2 expression levels with clinical parameters and treatment outcomes. This evidence concerns the gene EZH2 and non-small cell lung carcinoma.
