The changes in cell cycle distribution is accompanied by reduced expression of cyclin D1, and increased expression p15INK4B, p21Waf1/Cip1 and p27Kip1 in either or both of the NSCLC cell lines, comparable with findings in other tumor types [33], [42], [43], [44], indicating EZH2 may promote malignancy by similar mechanism in different tumor types. This evidence concerns the gene CDKN1B and non-small cell lung carcinoma.
