It was noteworthy that a significant progressive increase of GRB7 (P<0.001, Mann-Whitney’s test), ERK phosphorylation (P<0.001, Mann-Whitney’s test), and FOXM1 (P<0.001, Mann-Whitney’s test) expression pattern was observed from Grade 1 to Grade 3 tumors (Fig. 1A and 1B) and a less obvious pattern from early to late stage ovarian cancers (Figure S1), suggesting that these factors play important roles in ovarian cancer progression. This evidence concerns the gene GRB7 and ovarian cancer.
