It was noteworthy that a significant progressive increase of GRB7 (P<0.001, Mann-Whitney’s test), ERK phosphorylation (P<0.001, Mann-Whitney’s test), and FOXM1 (P<0.001, Mann-Whitney’s test) expression pattern was observed from Grade 1 to Grade 3 tumors (Fig. 1A and 1B) and a less obvious pattern from early to late stage ovarian cancers (Figure S1), suggesting that these factors play important roles in ovarian cancer progression. The gene discussed is FOXM1; the disease is ovarian cancer.
