Results from Dataset GSE16795 also revealed that Grhl2 was specifically expressed in epithelial cells (p = 3.9E-8, two tailed student t tests) (Figure S2D). Above all, these data indicate that Grhl2 is specifically expressed in epithelial cells and tightly correlated with E-cadherin in human breast cancer cells.
