CCNB2 and breast carcinoma: Furthermore, histological grade, axillary lymph node status, tumor size, ER/PR status HER2/neu status, and cytoplasmic CCNB2 expression were included in multivariate survival analysis which showed that CCNB2 over-expression was an independent prognostic marker for disease specific survival in breast cancer (P = 0.003; 95% CI: 2–20; Table 3).
