Remarkably, leptin levels were significantly decreased in EE tumor-bearing mice compared to those in EE non-tumor-bearing mice (0.46±0.28 vs. 1.07±0.59 ng/ml), and non-significantly decreased (p = 0.0568) in EE tumor-bearing mice compared to those in SE tumor-bearing mice (0.46±0.28 vs. 0.87±0.26 pg/ml) (Table 1).
