Five fusions (XPA-NCBP1, HARS2-ZMAT2, HSP90B1-DKFZp547P055, IL17RB-ACTR8, ANKRD23-ANKRD39) are identified to share with the fusions identified in prostate cancer but no fusions are shared with breast cancer, colorectal cancer, ovarian cancer, and lung cancer.
