KANSL1 and acute myeloid leukemia: In the 29 normal karyotype AML, 114 fusions were identified, of which 88 are novel fusions detected in all AML, 7 fusions [FAM65A-CTCF (6 cases), KIAA1267-ARL17 (5 cases), GGCT-BC041636 (3 cases), R3HDM2-INHBC (3 cases), LY6G5C-ABHD16A (2 cases), CRNKL1-NAA20 (2 cases), and HSPA14-SUV39H2 (2 cases)] were detected only in normal karyotype AML.
