Five fusions (XPA-NCBP1, HARS2-ZMAT2, HSP90B1-DKFZp547P055, IL17RB-ACTR8, ANKRD23-ANKRD39) are identified to share with the fusions identified in prostate cancer but no fusions are shared with breast cancer, colorectal cancer, ovarian cancer, and lung cancer. This evidence concerns the gene ZMAT2 and prostate carcinoma.
