From the upregulated genes of the EMT-core gene list, high PTX3 expression tends to poor overall survival of SCC patients (p = 0.16) and high expression of NID2 (p = 0.0091), SPOCK1 (p = 0.038) and SULF1 (p = 0.00029) significantly correlated with impaired pCR of breast cancer patients. This evidence concerns the gene SULF1 and breast carcinoma.
