Although we have not observed any correlation of serum GITRL levels with rash, alopecia, fever, chest affection, arthritis, anemia, thrombocytopenia, and leucopenia, we find that serum GITRL levels are significantly higher in patients with renal involvement and vasculitis when compared to the patients without the above-mentioned disease manifestations. This evidence concerns the gene TNFSF18 and vasculitis.
