Although we have not observed any correlation of serum GITRL levels with rash, alopecia, fever, chest affection, arthritis, anemia, thrombocytopenia, and leucopenia, we find that serum GITRL levels are significantly higher in patients with renal involvement and vasculitis when compared to the patients without the above-mentioned disease manifestations. The gene discussed is TNFSF18; the disease is anemia (phenotype).
