B7-H3 levels in the pancreatic cancer group were significantly higher than that in thenormal pancreas group (mean 193.6±9.352 vs. 87.74±7.433 ng/g,P<0.0001) (Fig. 1).Immunohistochemical staining revealed significantly overexpressed B7-H3 in tumor tissue(Chi-square test 15.341; P<0.001). The gene discussed is CD276; the disease is pancreatic neoplasm.
