These syndromes include Lynch syndrome [20-22], Peutz-Jeghers syndrome [23], Li-Fraumeni syndrome [24-26], hereditary breast and ovarian cancer [27,28], familial adenomatous polyposis (FAP) [29-31], MUTYH-associated adenomatous polyposis (MAP) [32], juvenile polyposis syndrome [33], and Cowden syndrome [34].
