In this study, FAS overexpression was detected in 22.2% (20/90), 10% (9/90) and 28.9% (26/90) of the carcinoma tissue specimens graded as S (T/A) ≥1 to <2, S (T/A) ≥2 to <3 and S (T/A) ≥3, respectively. This evidence concerns the gene FAS and carcinoma.
