In untreated and natalizumab-treated MS patients, significantly more CD161+CD4+ T-cells and CD161INTCD8+ T-cells expressed IL23R as compared to CD161− CD4+ and CD8+ T-cells (Figure 3C and Figure 3G); and significantly more CD161+CD4+ T-cells and CD161HIGHCD8+ T-cells expressed CD212 as compared to CD161− CD4+ and CD8+ T-cells (Figure 3D and Figure 3H).
