The results of both staining strategies demonstrated double-positive stainings in the lung and lymph node sections from 2 active TB inpatients with HLA-DRB1*040601/DRB1*110103 and HLA-DRB1*1202/DRB1*1202 backgrounds, respectively, and negative responses to the TCR tetramers and anti-TB antibodies in the lung and lymph node sections of 2 non-TB patients with HLA-DRB1*1504/DRB1*1202 and HLA-DRB1*1202/DRB1*0406 backgrounds, respectively (Figure 9).
