KRAS and familial pancreatic carcinoma: In the pancreatic cancer cases studied, 88.9% (48/54; 95% confidence interval [CI]: 80.5%–97.2%) had KRAS gene mutations (codons 12 and 13), whereas 61.1% (33/54; 95% CI: 48.1%–74.1%) were unequivocally diagnosed by histocytopathology.
