RUNX1T1 and acute myeloid leukemia: The frequency of fusion transcripts, particularly the AML1/ETO found in 6.1% of our sample, was similar to that described in the literature (6 a 12%) [24, 25], while the relative frequency of PML/RARα (14.6%) was higher (5–8%) [26], probably reflecting the higher incidence of AML M3 in our population.
