We evaluated UGT (uterine horns+oviducts) pathology in mice treated with anti-CXCL13 Ab and Cxcr5−/− mice by examining inflammatory scores in the UGT from hematoxylin and eosin stained slides and fibrosis from trichrome stained slides of oviducts after infection. This evidence concerns the gene CXCL13 and infection.
