The B cell lymphomas of p53rev/rev mice were clearly different from the pro-B cell lymphomas observed in non-homologous end joining (NHEJ)-deficient and H2AX-deficient mice crossed onto a p53−/− background, which are characterized by the presence of T(12;15) translocations [29], [30], [31], [32]. This evidence concerns the gene H2AX and B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma.
