Comparative analysis between GHSV-UL46 and K26GFP infection showed that, unlike capsid-tagged K26GFP virus (Figure 3A), tegument-tagged GHSV-UL46 displayed partial colocalization with Rab27a (Figure 3B) (Manders coefficients: M1 = 0,72 M2 = 0,45). The gene discussed is RAB27A; the disease is infection.
