Towards this end, Paz-Ares et al. presented results of a Phase I study (n = 75) with a glycoengineered IgG1 anti-EGFR monoclonal antibody (RO5083945; also known as GA201/RG7160) and demonstrated moderate adverse events such as infusion reactions (77%), rashes (80%; 25% grade 3) and hypomagnesemia (56%). The gene discussed is EGFR; the disease is familial primary hypomagnesemia.
