Tumor cells were positive for the B-cell marker B220 and the immature leukemic marker TdT, and were negative for myeloid and monocytic markers (MPO, Lysozyme, CD68, Mac2), T-cell antigen (CD3), and mature germinal center-derived B cell antigen (peanut agglutinin), consistent with the diagnosis of B-lymphoblastic leukemia/lymphoma. Here, CD68 is linked to neoplasm.
